To ensure you have a super fun event and to ensure we keep our staff as safe as possible, there are a couple of things we would like to remind you of prior to an Indy Characters & More LLC. visit. Thank you and we look forward to bringing life to your event!

You paid your non-refundable deposit invoice within 3 days of receiving your invoice. Without payment within 3 days, an invoice will be canceled and your date and time slot will not be held; additional terms may apply

You have reviewed & e-signed an Indy Characters & More LLC. contract. Without an electronically signed (e-signature) contract we are unable to attend your event.

Payment MUST be received prior to the character/mascot appearance​. The event leader will collect the total remaining balance prior to the character/mascot appearance; if payment is not provided the character/mascot will not make the appearance.

You will provide a clean changing room ready for our staff. Restrooms (public and/or residential) are not appropriate changing rooms for our staff.  If you do not have a clean room (i.e. bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, office, clean & clutter free garage, etc..) for our staff to change we are unable to attend your event.

You will ensure there are no stairs for the character/mascot to use.  For safety concerns and because of the extremely large size of some of our mascots, our staff are unable to go up or down stairs while in costume. If unable to accommodate by not having our costume characters/mascots use stairs, we are unable to attend your event.

There will be NO SMOKING and/or SMOKE within 50 feet of our characters/mascots.  This applies to ALL appearances inside and/or outside.  This includes but not limited to cigarettes, tobacco, cannabis cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes etc... If characters/mascots are subjected to smoke/smoking the appearance will be stopped, and no refunds will be provided.

You have NOT marketed and/or advertised your party/event representing officially licensed copyright mascots/characters.  Indy Characters & More LLC. does not own the rights to any licensed and/or copyright mascots/characters, therefore  any marketing material with officially licensed copyright names is strictly prohibited!  If you have misrepresented our characters/mascots we WILL NOT make an appearance at your event!  Your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded, and this e-signed contract is breached, therefore Indy Characters & More LLC. is not liable to adhere to this contract; all contractual obligations will be vacated and terminated.

You will have exact change for the remaining balance if paying in cash. For the safety of our staff they do not cash so; please make every effort to have exact change plus tip, if applicable when making your final payment.  If paying with a major credit/debit card a $3 processing fee will be added to your balance.

ALL CARTOON MASCOTS AND COSTUMED CHARACTERS ARE GENERIC/INSPIRED AND ARE NOT AFFILIATED, LICENSED OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY CORPORATION OR TRADEMARK.  Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted mascot or character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters that we offer are NOT the authentic copyrighted characters, and Indy Characters & More LLC. cartoon mascots and costumed characters are named of our own creation.  Any resemblance to nationally known copyrighted characters is strictly coincidental.  If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us.
