Booking

We DO NOT offer same day bookings; staff availability, logistics, and contractual requirements ​​do not allow for same-day bookings

 

When booking your event with Indy Characters & More LLC. a non-refundable deposit will be required to finalize your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total payment. 

 

  • Once availability is verified you will receive a PayPal invoice for the non-refundable deposit  Note: A PayPal account is not required

 

  • You will have 3-days from the date of your invoice to pay the non-refundable deposit in full; if not paid within

       3-days your booking is canceled and your date and time slot will not be held. 

  • Your booking will not be finalized until the non-refundable deposit has been paid in full AND we have an e-signed required contract. 

 

  • You will receive a second PayPal invoice 5-days prior to your event date; payment MUST be made no later then the date listed on your final invoice.  Note: A PayPal account is not required

 

  • Once your final payment is paid in full, you will receive a contract for review and e-signature. An e-signed contract is REQUIRED for Indy Characters & More LLC. to make an appearance, if not e-signed 24-hours prior to your event, we WILL NOT make the appearance, and you will NOT receive a refund for your non-refundable deposit, nor will your non-refundable deposit be applied to another event!​

 

You have 2 Booking options: 

 

  • Use our online "Book Now" form; ​Indy Characters & More LLC. will contact you via email if your date and time slot selected is NOT available  

  • Call (317) 270-0164 to book your event: If we are unavailable please leave a message, and one of our friendly team members will return your call as soon as possible. 

 

You have 2 payment options: 

  • Major Credit/Debit card 

  • Business Check (no personal checks)

BEFORE booking with Indy Characters & More LLC. please be sure to read our Customer Responsibilities Check List 

 

Indy Characters & More LLC. will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT offer nor represent any licensed characters from TV or movies.  All of Indy Characters & More LLC. costume characters and cartoon mascots are generic/inspired. 

 

If you have any concerns/complaints with regards to our performers and/or the quality of our services rendered please inform us immediately while we are still onsite (e.g. during your event). Once our entertainers leave your event it is mutually assumed that you, as the customer, were satisfied with Indy Characters & More LLC. services.

30 Minute Appearance Package

The package includes the following:

  • One Cartoon mascot and/or costume character 

  • Professional Event Leader/mascot escort

  • Mascot/character entrance music (professional sound system provided)

  • Mascot /character Meet & Greet (high-fives, hugs, handshakes, etc..)

  • Mascot/character photos w/ guest (BYOC-Bring Your Own Camera)

  • Pick 3 Appearance Activities w/ prizes for the winners 

  • One fun dance with  Mascot/Character

  • ePhotos (4) with Mascot/Character w/guest of honor 

 

* Event host will receive an electronic photo(s) no later than 72 business hours after the event via the email address provided during the booking  process

Add Additional Mascot/Character

$70 for a 30 - Minute appearance

$75 for a 45 - Minute appearance

$80 for a 1.0 -Hour appearance

 If your appearance package includes a premium character(s) (Dark Raider, Storm, all Princesses, each Prince, Mr. America, Black Wing Man, Super Dude, Wonder Girl, Super Women, Pirates) you will be charged an additional $35 per premium character(s).

Travel Fees

(If applicable)

$35 If your event venue is more than 20 -miles one way, and no more than 30 -miles from downtown Indianapolis


.65  If your event venue is more than 30 -miles one way from downtown Indianapolis you will be charged .65 per mile roundtrip
