WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ?
Once you have successfully submitted your "Book Now" form, we verify our availability. After we have verified that both the date and time are available you will receive an invoice for the non-refundable deposit; you will have 3 days to pay the invoice before it is canceled.
A signed contract is REQUIRED for
Indy Characters & More LLC. to make an apperance. If this contract is not
e-signed we will not make an appearance, and you forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
IMPORTANT: Your event booking with Indy Characters & More LLC. will NOT be finalized until your
non-refundable deposit is paid in full AND your signed contract has been received.

Once your non-refundable deposit is paid in full your date & time slot are held.
