When booking your next event please inform Indy Characters & More LLC. that you are an Eli Lilly employee and receive $10 off your total appearance package price; discount applied towards your final payment. You MUST be able to provide proof of Eli Lilly employment (Lilly ID badge only) when making the final payment. This discount is not available for Lilly contractors. * Additional Terms Apply
When booking your next event please inform Indy Characters & More LLC. that you are a non-profit organization. Your organization MUST provide Indy Characters & More LLC. with evidence of nonprofit registration with applicable regulatory bodies such as Articles of Incorporation, IRS 501(c) (3) determination letter, or documentation of candidacy to receive this discount. Our non-profit rate is $85 per hour, per character, this discount is available 365 days a year. All Non-Profit bookings are appearance only events. *Additional Terms Apply

When booking your event with Indy Characters & More LLC. a non-refundable deposit will be required to finalize your booking. This deposit will go towards total payment owed. We DO NOT offer same day booking as there are staffing availability, logistical and contractual requirements that can not be finalized same day.
You have 2 options to book your event(s):
Complete our online "Book Now" form: Indy Characters & More LLC. will contact you within 24 hours if your date and time slot selected is NOT available. If your booking date and time are available you will receive a PayPal invoice via email provided to pay your non-refundable deposit. You will have 3 days to make payment, or your invoice is canceled, and your date and time will not be held. Once your deposit has been paid in full, we will send you a contract for review and e-signature within 1-2 weeks prior to your event date, then we are all set to go!

Indy Characters & More LLC. will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT offer nor represent any licensed characters from TV or movies. All of Indy Characters & More LLC. costume characters and cartoon mascots are generic/inspired.
If you have any concerns/complaints with regards to our performers and/or the quality of our services rendered please inform us immediately while we are still onsite (e.g. at your event). Once our entertainers leave your event it is mutually assumed that you, as the customer, were satisfied with Indy Characters & More LLC. services.
