WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ?
You will receive a second PayPal invoice 5-days prior to your event date, payment MUST be made by end of day listed on your final invoice. Note: A PayPal account is NOT required
Once your final payment is paid in full, you will receive a contract for review and e-signature.
A e-signed contract is REQUIRED for Indy Characters & More LLC. to make an appearance, if not e-signed
24-hours prior to your event, we WILL NOT make the appearance, and you will WILL NOT receive a refunded for your non-refundable deposit, nor will your non-refundable deposit be applied to another event!
IMPORTANT: Your event booking with Indy Characters & More LLC. will NOT be finalized until your
non-refundable deposit is paid in full AND your signed contract has been received.
